Tuff N Dri Waterproofing System

TUFF-N-DRI is a polymer-modified asphalt emulsion waterproofing system spray-applied to foundation walls to form a seamless, flexible membrane that bridges shrinkage cracks and resists hydrostatic pressure. It protects against leaks, seepage, and condensation, helping keep basements dry; the system often pairs with foundation insulation or drainage components for enhanced moisture control.

DELTA-MS Waterproofing Membrane

A high-performance below-grade dimpled membrane made from tough HDPE that creates an air-gap between the foundation wall and surrounding soil, allowing water to drain by gravity while blocking moisture and vapor. Its design helps deflect groundwater, reduces interior dampness, and bridges hairline cracks without cracking like rigid coatings. It also protects waterproofing systems during backfill and meets moisture control requirements for foundations.

Flashing

Foundation-to-framing flashing is a critical waterproofing detail designed to prevent water intrusion at the transition point where the foundation meets the building’s framing system. This flashing creates a continuous barrier that directs water away from the sill plate, rim joist, and wall assembly, protecting vulnerable structural components from rot, mold, and deterioration. Typically constructed from self-adhered flashing materials, it is integrated with the foundation waterproofing and wall weather-resistive barrier to ensure proper drainage and long-term durability. Properly installed foundation-to-framing flashing enhances moisture control, improves building longevity, and supports code-compliant construction.

Pipe Penetration

Pipe penetration waterproofing is a specialized sealing process used to prevent water intrusion at points where pipes, conduits, or utilities pass through foundation walls or slabs. These penetrations are common entry points for moisture due to movement, pressure, or deteriorated sealants. Waterproofing typically involves the use of hydraulic cement, flexible sealants, rubber gaskets, or injection materials designed to expand and maintain a watertight seal. Properly waterproofed pipe penetrations protect buildings from leaks, reduce the risk of mold and structural damage, and ensure long-term durability in both residential and commercial structures.
